Booking & Payments
How do I book a session?
 A 50% deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due before delivery of your final photo gallery.
What’s the deposit for?
 The deposit reserves your spot in my calendar and is applied toward your total session cost. Deposits ensure your exclusive scheduling and are non-refundable except for unforeseen cases like camera failure or severe weather preventing the session.
Do you charge a rush fee for last-minute bookings?
 Yes! Sessions booked with less than 72 hours’ notice incur a 25% rush fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
 All major credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo. Sales tax and any applicable shipping fees will be added as required.
Session Details
Where do sessions take place?
 I specialize in on-location photography. Sessions within 10 miles of ZIP code 78753 are included. For locations beyond this radius, additional travel fees apply—just contact me for a custom quote. Studio sessions can be arranged, with rental fees quoted upfront.
What if I need to reschedule?
 You may reschedule once at no cost with at least 7 days’ notice. Reschedules with less than 7 days’ notice or no-shows forfeit your deposit.
What if the weather is bad?
 If inclement weather prevents your session, we’ll reschedule at no extra charge.
Can I bring outfit changes?
 Yes! Check your package details for the number of outfit changes included.
Deliverables
When will I get my photos?
 Your final gallery will be delivered within 3 weeks of your session, contingent upon receipt of your final payment. Rush editing (7-day turnaround) is available for 30% of your session fee.
Do I get to pick my favorite photos?
 For curated sessions, I select the images that best reflect your personality and my artistic standards.
- Curio Collection: Receive 5 fully edited images selected by me. 
- Relic Select: Receive 10 fully edited images selected by me. 
- Folio Plus: Select from 25 edited images out of no less than 100 previews. 
Why don’t you give clients all photos or RAW files?
 RAW files are unprocessed and require professional editing. I deliver only polished, gallery-ready JPEGs to ensure quality and preserve my artistic standards.
Can I buy extra photos after the session?
 Yes! Additional edited images are available for $50 each.
Studio Sessions
Do you have a studio?
 I partner with local studios to provide professional spaces. Studio rental fees are quoted upfront.
What’s included in a studio session?
- Studio rental time (1–2 hours) 
- Professional lighting/backdrops 
- Edited images per your package 
Video Services
Do you offer video?
 Yes! Short-form video packages start at $350 for a 1-minute highlight reel.
What’s the turnaround time for video?
 Video deliverables are completed within 10 business days. Rush editing is available for 40% of your package fee.
Policies
What’s your cancellation policy?
 Deposits are non-refundable except in rare cases (technical failure, extreme weather). Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice forfeit your deposit.
What if I’m late to my session?
 Sessions start and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals will not receive extended shooting time.
Usage Rights & Contact
Will my images be used in your portfolio or marketing?
 By booking, you grant permission for select images to be used for Love’s Apprentice promotional purposes. If you have preferences or limitations, notify me in writing at booking.
Do you work with nonprofits?
 Yes! Contact me for custom nonprofit packages.
