TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Commitment to Quality and Customer Satisfaction

My goal is your complete satisfaction. I strive to deliver creative, high-quality images that reflect your vision and meet professional standards. If at any time you have concerns about your experience or results, please contact me directly at frank@lovesapprentice.com so we can find a solution together.

2. Booking, Payments, and Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date.

  • The remaining balance is due prior to publication of gallery unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • All services and products are subject to applicable Texas state sales tax and, if applicable, shipping fees.

  • Session dates are not guaranteed until a deposit has been received and confirmed.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • No Refunds After Delivery: Due to the digital nature of photography, once edited images or products are delivered, no refunds can be issued.

  • Rescheduling: If inclement weather, camera failure, illness, or another unforeseen event prevents me from completing your session, your deposit will be refunded in full or applied to a future rescheduled date.

  • Client No-Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled session at the agreed time and date, your payment and deposit will be forfeited.

  • Incorrect Photo Delivery: If the incorrect image is sent (as documented on your invoice), I will promptly resend the correct image at no additional charge.

4. Location-Based Fees

Sessions held outside a 10-mile radius of ZIP code 78753 may incur additional travel or time fees.
Please contact me prior to booking for a custom quote.

5. Custom Photography and Final Sales

All photography sessions are tailored to your specific needs. Because each session and image is custom-created, all sales are final.
I work closely with clients to confirm creative direction and approvals before finalizing products to ensure satisfaction with the outcome.

6. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Digital galleries and print products are typically delivered within 3 weeks of the session date, once full payment has been received.

  • Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on workload, production partners, or unforeseen circumstances; clients will be notified of any delays.

7. Rates and Promotions

  • All rates are subject to change without notice.

  • Booked sessions will always be honored at the rate agreed upon at the time of booking.

  • Rates are non-negotiable, except when a valid promotion or special offer applies.

8. Usage Rights and Portfolio Display

By booking a session with Love’s Apprentice, you grant permission for selected images to be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to:

  • Website galleries (www.lovesapprentice.com)

  • Social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

  • Print or digital marketing materials

All images are used respectfully and with care to reflect the artistic integrity of your session.

If you prefer not to have your images shared, please notify me in writing at the time of booking. Once images are shared publicly, they may remain part of Love’s Apprentice’s permanent portfolio.
